Thought leadership is head and heart work. I partner with leaders to identify their core message and build strategy to better leverage their voice in service of the change they’re seeking. From landing how your voice might is distinct from your organization’s, to building a content strategy around your core message, I support leaders in building presence and power.

Once you are clear on the change you’re seeking, I can make sure you and your team have what you need to put strategy into action. Through scenario planning and holding impact as the north star, I develop strategic communications plans that are right-sized and meet the moment.

I build narrative power with partners sitting at the intersection of media, culture, and policy change. I have worked with coalitions and across movements to effectively counter harmful, individualistic. zero-sum narratives and disinformation. I work to seed narratives for liberation through building narrative infrastructure and developing collaborative communications systems.

I bring strategy to life and apply it to the moment by developing content that sings across channels. I work in owned and earned media. Often, this looks like writing and producing: from LinkedIn posts, to op-eds and blogs, to presentation decks, and most everything in between.

Bringing people together builds power. It can be an incredible way to find alignment and move strategy forward. I am a seasoned facilitator and can work with you to bring opportunities to life-- from trainings and convenings to strategy meetings where everyone walks away heard and energized.
